Salon Owner/Advanced Stylist - Fiona Canning-Allen
Fiona has been working as a Hairdresser for over 20 years and opened Ark-i-tec in 2003. She relocated in 2012 to our current salon in Clayton village. Fiona has worked hard to build a successful business on her own and when she does get spare time she enjoys spending it with her family, daughter, son and partner.
Fiona is a very passionate and creative stylist and enjoys every aspect of her work. Fiona is especially known for her wedding expertise and has assisted on making brides look their best for over 20 years now.
Fiona has been fortunate to have had some of the best training in hairdressing and has trained to a colour technician with Wella expertise,
Fiona has also been on courses with Vidal Sassoon, Tony & Guy and many more established companies so you are in very safe hands when visiting this salon. Fiona was invited to do the celebrity hair at the MOBOs which was an amazing opportunity for her and for the salon.
Fiona also specialises in extensions with qualifications from Great Lengths Fiona is what you would call an expert in this field with qualifications in all extensions Nano tings Micro rings taped and Bonded Extensions.

Alison Greenwood - Advanced Stylist
Alison has over 20 years experience as a hairdresser and has worked alongside Fiona for all of these years. Alison is self employed and works from Ark-i-tec. She enjoys spending time with her husband, buying clothes and keeping up to date with the latest fashions.
Alison is a straight talking kind of girl and is very good at identifying customer needs.
Alison excels in her work best when she is creating new styles and colours. working along side Wella expertise to an advance colour technician.
Alison is experienced up to an advanced level working along side with Tony and Guy.

Emily Gelder - Young Stylist
Emily has worked in the salon for just over two year now. She is a young stylist and is slowly building her column. She excels with her work best when she is creating styles and finishing off clients hair leaving them with a smile on their face. Emily enjoys learning new skills to push her knowledge further, spending time with her friends and family and going out.

Roxann Brown- Advanced stylist
Roxann has been with us for just over 8 years now. Roxann enjoys creative colouring and styling and extensions. Roxann enjoys spending time with daughter, partner and friends she also loves going travelling.
Roxann specialises in extensions with qualifications from Great Lengths.
Roxanns spent some time in London training along Tony & Guy at there training academy so her technique is at an advanced stylist level.
